Organisatonsmake decisions on process selecton and design based on the variety in products orservices that the system need to handle, the degree of the equipment ﬂexibility andexpected volume output. Using the 5 Performance model organisatons can beneft inproducing higher quality products and services and, operatng at low cost.i.
